Our journey began in 2012 when we started our coffee cart business as a side gig while balancing full-time jobs. With a love of coffee and sweets decided to take the leap and purchase our first cart under the name Miss Mollys Cakes. Jay at the time was working in building and design utilized his creativity and problem solving, while Marie contributed her skills in marketing and business. Together, built the foundation of what would become our passion. Steadily growing and expanding our carts in the process.

Then in 2018 expanded our carts to 4 walls and brought a café in the outer southeast of Melbourne. During this time we juggled a cake business, a café and our coffee cart business up until the arrival of our little baby girl. After 5 years with our beloved local café, we decided to sell and channel our passion into growing our coffee cart business.. and rename our brand to ‘Stompy’. Still the same team just a new fresh name to compliment our new vision for the business.

With over 10 years of events and knowledge we've honed our operations to ensure a smooth, quick, and efficient service, offering top-quality products to our customers. This shift allows us to reach more coffee lovers and share our delicious brews and desserts at various events and locations, bringing the same warmth and dedication wherever we go.

As we continue on this journey, our goal remains clear: to maintain our high standards of service, expand our reach, and further grow our business. We're excited about the future and grateful for the support that has brought us to where we are today. Thank you for being a part of our story.
